What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order in cash directly to the courier upon delivery.
When is Cash on Delivery Available?
Cash on Delivery is available for orders that meet the following conditions:
Order Total: The total value of your order must be less than 3600 AED.
Single-Box Shipment: Your order must be shipped in a single box.
Single-SKU Product: If your order is a set product with individual SKUs, all items must be shipped from the same warehouse.
Consistent Payment Method: All products in your cart must be eligible for Cash on Delivery. Mixing Cash on Delivery and non-Cash on Delivery items will not be allowed.
How Does Cash on Delivery Work?
Place Your Order: Select Cash on Delivery as your payment method during checkout.
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.
Delivery Notification: The courier will notify you via email or SMS about the scheduled delivery date and time.
Payment Upon Delivery: When you receive the delivery, pay your order together with the service fee of 15 AED in cash or by card to the carrier.
Please note:
In case of a refund, the amount will not be refunded in cash, but via bank transfer. By following these guidelines, you can ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience with Cash on Delivery.
