If you run into an issue with a discount /voucher code, the most common reasons are:
• Your voucher code requires a minimum purchase amount.
• Your voucher code is invalid because it was valid for a limited time.
• Your voucher code only applies to a certain category of products.
• Your voucher code is country-specific.
• You pasted your voucher code with extra space before or after it.
Keep in mind that the discounts are calculated only for vidaXL brand products, even if you have products from other brands in your shopping cart.
