My PayPal payment was declined

It can be due to several reasons that your PayPal payment has been declined:

• Your PayPal account needs to be modified for some reason. You can modify it via your personal PayPal account.
• You left the payment page before the payment was completed.
• The transaction page is temporarily down.
• The payment page was open for too long without making a payment
