How can I earn vidaXL points?
You’ll get 1 vidaXL point for every 50 AED spent, added automatically to your account.

Do I need an account to earn vidaXL points?
Yes, vidaXL points are earned and used through your vidaXL accounteeee.

How much is each vidaXL point worth?
Each vidaXL point is worth 2 AED

When can I use my vidaXL points?
vidaXL points are credited 30 days after your order is completed. If an order is returned, those points will not be awarded. Points used on a returned order are automatically refunded to your account once the return is processed.

What is the maximum amount I can save with vidaXL points?
You can redeem up to 100 vidaXL points per order, worth 200 AED, using fixed-value coupons.

Can I get my vidaXL points back or convert them into cash?
vidaXL points cannot be converted into cash. If you return an order where points were used, those points are refunded to your account once the return is processed.

Can I combine my vidaXL points with other discounts?
Yes, you can combine vidaXL points with other discounts on the same order.

Do my vidaXL points expire?
vidaXL points expire 6 months after your last activity, either a purchase or redemption. Example of how it works in practice.

Where can I check my vidaXL points balance?
You can see your vidaXL points balance in your account or when you complete your orders.

How can I use my vidaXL points?
Once your vidaXL points become available (30 days after purchase), you can redeem them at checkout for an instant discount. Here’s how it works:

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.
  2. On the payment screen, you’ll see a section called Redeem vidaXL points.
  3. Choose your preferred reward from the dropdown of available coupon values based on your points balance. The selected reward will automatically apply to your order summary.
  4. Complete your payment—the final price will reflect your redeemed points.
  5. Enjoy your discount! Keep shopping and collecting vidaXL points to unlock even more rewards and benefits.
