Why is my track and trace inactive?

We’ll begin the delivery process as soon as you complete your order. However, the track and trace will not be updated until the products are delivered to your local carrier, usually 2-3 business days. Once the carrier is in the possession of your products, your track and trace will update and become active.

If your item is shipped in multiple parcels, you’ll receive a separate tracking link for each parcel, all included in one email for easy access.
You can also check the estimated delivery time for each product in the product page.
