What happens if I am not home for delivery?

The carriers have different ways of handling situations where you're not home during the delivery time.

The carrier will choose one of the following options:
• Your parcel will be delivered to your neighbours
• Your parcel will be left in a safe place
• Your parcel will be delivered to a parcel shop
• Your parcel will be brought back to their depot, awaiting further instructions

In most cases, the carrier will notify you where you can get your parcel. They do this by letter, SMS, or email.
