To receive your refund, it’s important to return your product in the state you received it in. You can check out the product, but not actually use it to try it out (e.g. it’s not possible cook with a pan and then return it).

The fee levied from your refund will depend on the type of return you chose:

• When the return is arranged by vidaXL through XLService, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount depends on the weight of the product:

• For returns that you organized yourself, no fee will be deducted from your refund but vidaXL will not be liable to refund the return costs you have incurred in returning your product.

If you withdraw from the contract (using the XLService or your statutory right of withdrawal), we will refund you all payments made for the returned products as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decisions to withdraw.

We can, however, delay refunds until we have received the product back or you have provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever comes first.

We will refund your money using the same method of payment you used to place your order.
