I didn't receive my refund

At vidaXL, we aim to handle your requests as quickly as possible. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Please note that we may wait to issue the reimbursement until we have received the returned product or until you have provided valid proof of shipment.

The refund process can be categorized in 3 phases:

  1. request: You’ll receive an email as soon as your request has been registered in our system
  2. processing: Our team reviews the request. If your request is approved, you’ll receive another email confirming that your refund is being processed or that your replacement is being prepared for shipment.
  3. confirmation: A final email will be sent once the refund has been transferred to your account or when your replacement order has been shipped.

All refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method used during checkout, so there’s no action required on your side.
