1. If your product is eligible for cash on delivery (COD), you will see this information on the product detail page below the green 'Add to Cart' button. Please note that not all products are eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD), only when they are delivered in one box, the ordered products are vidaXL branded products and have a value up to AED 3600.
2. Place your order via our webshop.
3. Opt for Cash on Delivery at checkout.
4. Within several minutes, you will receive a confirmation email from us with all the details of your order.
5. Your order will be processed by vidaXL and shipped by a local carrier.
6. On the day of delivery, the carrier will notify you via text message. Upon delivery, you’ll have the option to pay for the order in cash or by credit/debit card.
