TERMS AND CONDITIONS – VIDAXL + REWARDS PROGRAM

Introduction

vidaXL + Rewards Program is the loyalty program of vidaXL ("we", "us", or "vidaXL"), designed to reward our customers for their purchases. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the vidaXL + Rewards Program in the UAE.

By joining the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which supplement the general terms of use and sale on vidaXL.ae.

The vidaXL + Rewards Program

1. The vidaXL + Rewards Program allows eligible members to collect vidaXL Points on qualifying purchases of vidaXL-branded products and redeem them for discounts.

Membership Eligibility

1. Membership is only open to customers who are at least 18 years old and have created a vidaXL account.
2. Employees of vidaXL and individuals purchasing in bulk or for resale are excluded.
3. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one account per individual.
4. vidaXL reserves the right to decline membership applications for justified reasons, including fraud prevention or abuse.

Membership application

1. Any individual seeking to become a member of the vidaXL + Rewards Program may do so by logging into their vidaXL account online at vidaXL.ae or during the checkout process. By registering for the vidaXL + Rewards Program, you expressly confirm that you meet all applicable participation requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Any individual who creates a vidaXL account on or after 24.09.2025 shall, provided they have verified their email address, upon the successful creation of such account, be automatically enrolled in the vidaXL + program without further action required.
3. Any individual who has created a vidaXL account prior to 24.09.2025 but has not previously enrolled in the vidaXL+ program shall not be automatically added to the vidaXL+ program. Such individuals may elect to join the vidaXL+ program at any time by opting in through their vidaXL account.
4. All members, including those automatically enrolled, retain the right to opt out of the vidaXL+ program at any time. Opting out may be done through the member’s vidaXL account or by contacting vidaXL customer service.

Membership vidaXL Points

1. You earn eight (8) vidaXL Points for every 100 United Arab Emirates Dirham (100 AED) spent on “vidaXL” branded items purchased on vidaXL.ae.
2. VidaXL Points will be awarded and made available to you on your account within 30 days of your purchase (starting from the day the order is placed and confirmed via email). VidaXL Points cannot be used for any order placed prior to the expiry of the aforementioned 30 days period.
3. We will record the balance of your vidaXL Points in your vidaXL account in the vidaXL + Rewards Program section. VidaXL Points cannot be redeemed until we have recorded them.
4. VidaXL Points from canceled or returned items will be deducted from your vidaXL Points balance.
5. No vidaXL Points will be credited for purchases from other brands on vidaXL.ae. VidaXL Points will not be awarded for purchases made through the guest checkout option or through other sales channels.
6. Any purchases you made before joining vidaXL + Rewards Program are not eligible for vidaXL Points.
7. vidaXL Points expire 6 months after your last activity (earning or redeeming points). All earned points expire on the same date.
8. Example: If you earn 2 vidaXL Points on 01.01.2025 and 4 vidaXL Points on 01.02.2025, the last activity will be on 01.02.2025. All 6 points expire on 01.08.2025.
9. VidaXL Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.

Redeem vidaXL Points

1. VidaXL Points can be used to receive a discount voucher at checkout by selecting a voucher code. The discount is determined by the total amount of vidaXL Points you convert into a coupon.

2. When redeeming vidaXL Points, the oldest vidaXL Points are used first.
3. The discount obtained by redeeming vidaXL Points cannot be used in combination with other discounts.
4. The maximum discount that can be achieved by redeeming vidaXL Points is 50 AED per order.

Communication

As part of vidaXL + Rewards Program, you will receive marketing emails with offers and promotions from vidaXL. vidaXL will also send you communications related to your vidaXL + Rewards Program membership, such as a welcome email, statement emails, vidaXL Points accrual emails, or other communications to help us manage your vidaXL + Rewards Program account.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails in your vidaXL account or by clicking “unsubscribe” in the email footer.

Data protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the vidaXL Privacy Policy, compliant with the UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL). Further details can be found on the dedicated page of our website.

The loyalty program does not involve behavioral profiling or the use of sensitive personal data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. We process your data in accordance with the data protection declaration, which you can find on the website under the dedicated section on our website.

Changes and termination by vidaXL

1. vidaXL reserves the right to withdraw or amend the vidaXL + Rewards Program for future transactions at its reasonable discretion without prior notice. vidaXL will post changes to the vidaXL + Rewards Program on the vidaXL website and may, in its sole discretion, suspend, modify or terminate the vidaXL + Rewards Program or a customer's eligibility for the vidaXL + Rewards Program without notice.
2. In the event of misuse, we may cancel all of the member's accumulated and accruing vidaXL Points and all rewards.
